Liability for contents
The contents of our pages were provided with great care. However, we can take no liability for the correctness, completeness and currentness of them. As service providers we are responsible for our own contents on these pages pursuant to § 7 Section 1 of the German Broadcast Media Act (TMG) according to the general rules. However, pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, as service providers we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third party information, which may indicate an illegal act or, as the case may be, to research into it. Obligation to remove or lock-out the use of information according to the general rules remains unaffected by this. Liability in this regard is only possible from the time-point of the knowledge of the clear breach of the law. Upon receiving knowledge of any such breaches of the law we shall immediately remove these contents.
Liability for links
Our offer contains links to external third party Websites, the contents of which we can have no influence on. Therefore, we also cannot accept any liability for the contents of third party sites. In each case the respective provider or operator of the linked pages is responsible for their contents. The linked pages were checked for possible beaches of the law at the time of linking (most recently on 4.10.2100). Law-breaching contents were not recognisable at the time of linking. Permanent monitoring of the linked pages is, however, not possible without firm indication of legal breaches. If such legal breaches become known to us we shall immediately remove such links.
The contents and works provided by Haas Präzisionstechnik GmbH on these pages are subject to German copyright law. Contents of third parties are indicated as such. The copying, processing, circulating and any type of use outside the boundaries of the copyright law require the written agreement of the respective author or originator. Downloads and copies of these pages (as HTML) are intended only for private use and not to be used commercially. A new publication or making the contents of these pages available on the Internet is not permitted, even on private pages, unless appropriate authorisation has been received from Haas Präzisionstechnik GmbH. Haas Präzisionstechnik GmbH takes care always to heed the copyright laws of others, or to use its own or unlicensed works.
Insofar as personal data is taken on our pages (for example, name, address or e-mail-addresses); this is as far as possible, always on a voluntary basis. The use of offers and services can, insofar as possible, always be made without giving up personal data. We must point out, however, that data transfer on the Internet (for example in e-mail communication) can show up security gaps. A gap-free protection from access by third parties is not possible. The use of data in respect of the information published in the imprint by third parties to transmit advertising and informative material not expressly authorised is hereby strictly vetoed. The operator of the pages reserves the right to take legal action in the case of unauthorised transmission of advertising information, for example though spam-mails.
Upon every access to a page of the Haas Präzisionstechnik GmbH Internet offer and on any call-up of a database activity related access data is stored in a record database on our server. The following shall be recorded for a limited time:
- The page from which the data was called-up
- the name of the file
- the date of time of the call-up
- the volume of data transferred
- access status (data transferred, data not found etc.)
- A description of the type of web browser used
- operating system used
- abbreviated IP-address of the accessing host/client system
This stored data can be used for statistical purposes and evaluated to improve our services and products. The abbreviated IP-addresses enable conclusion to be drawn about the network used. With a large proportion of accesses it is possible to ascertain which provider is accessing our pages (for example Deutsche Telekom, Alice, Freenet, KabelBW, ...). It is possible for companies who operate their own networks to access data stored according to legal requirements from public databases. Inference to a determined natural person is not possible for us, unless a serious breach is concerned, such as unauthorised access for example, or access attempts and/or attacks on our IT-infrastructure. Even then inference to a natural person is only possible for the appropriate law enforcement agency
